Project Administrator with Extensive Experience

SJR is now hiring a Project Administrator with extensive experience for a consulting assignment with our client, one of Sweden's larger authorities, for a project lasting at least 3 years starting in early February 2026.

The office is located in Sundbyberg, and you will have the opportunity for remote work up to 50%. You will be employed by SJR and work as a consultant for the authority. This position is security classified, and the candidate offered the assignment will need to undergo a security clearance before the assignment can commence.

About the Position

In this role, you will work as a resource consultant in larger construction and infrastructure projects, primarily within management and station operations. The assignment is clearly operational and involves supporting project managers in their daily work through structured administration, follow-up, and coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Support project managers in daily administrative tasks
  • Manage meeting bookings, agendas, and minutes
  • Follow up on activities, decisions, and deadlines in the projects
  • Ensure correct and structured documentation
  • Work in various support systems for follow-up and reporting
  • Contribute to order, structure, and quality in project processes
  • Coordinate and ensure information flow between internal and external stakeholders
  • Work according to established routines and project processes

Suitable Background

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma and at least three years of experience working as a project or program administrator in a supportive role to project managers. You also have at least two years of experience from larger construction or infrastructure projects and experience working in structured project environments with clear processes. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and are accustomed to working with technical documentation and formal reports. Furthermore, you have at least three years of experience working in MS Office. Experience in public sector work, the energy industry, document and case management systems, and project tools such as Antura is an advantage. Relevant post-secondary education is also a plus.
